Dates of trip: Wednesday July 9, 2025 - Monday July 14, 2025
Detroit Outdoors will be partnering with BOAT and Wilderness Inquiry to give students an opportunity to attend a six-day adventure to the Upper Peninsula and Northern Wisconsin. The trip registration is first-come-first-serve. These trips will be at no cost to participating students. We will ask for our typical $100 deposit to secure a spot, and if you attend the trip, the full amount will be returned. The deposit is non-refundable: no exceptions. Once you fill out the registration form and submit the deposit, you will have a spot secured! (while space is still available)
There will be two simultaneous trips available:
Option 1: Porcupine Mountains Base Camp and Exploration 3 days of exploring Porcupine Mnts State Park - different activities each day There are 12 spots available for this trip.
Option 2:Apostle Islands Base Camp and Kayak Touring 3 days of kayaking for 3+ hours and hiking along Lake Superior There are 16 spots available for this trip.
